No frowns, scowls or furrowed eyebrows.

No AM/FM, cassette or CD players (78RPM record players 8-track tape players, and 220 volt reel-to-reel tape recorders are ok)

No snack foods such as chips & candy bars—unless they’re packed by patrols as part of one of your three square meals you have planned
